THE PROBLEM WITH PORTALS

Why it matters

Every retrieval vendor gives you a login. That means your paralegal or adjuster is copying names, dates of birth, and provider details out of one system and into another, then checking back on both. Two systems, two sources of truth, and a status that is always one refresh out of date.

An integration removes that. The request starts where your work lives, the record comes back to the same place, and the status you see is the status we see.

We have live integrations with Litify and Filevine, the two platforms most of our law firm clients run on. Beyond those, every client's environment is different, and we build to it. Carrier claims systems, TPA platforms, proprietary matter systems, document repositories. If it can send and receive data, we can almost certainly connect to it.

Every integration is scoped with your technical team during onboarding. Account setup, training, and reporting move forward at the same time, and production can start through our standard workflow while the connection is completed. Your team never waits on the technical work to start ordering.

How every integration works

An integration changes where you submit and where records arrive. It does not change what happens in between. Every request still moves through one accountable process: provider outreach, authorizations, follow-ups, payments, and secure delivery, handled by HIPAA-certified specialists and tracked by ticket number from request to delivery.

    The request is created in your matter, project, or claim. Details you already have carry over.

  2. We run the work

    Our team handles the provider, the authorization, the follow-up, and the payment. Status is visible to you the whole way.

  3. Records return to your system

    Delivered records land where your team already works, with the full history attached.

Security

Every integration operates under a Business Associate Agreement. Our platform runs on SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified infrastructure. Data moves over encrypted connections, access is limited to what each connection needs, and protected health information is never routed through a public consumer service. The same controls that govern our platform govern every connection to it.
