UPDATE 4/7/2020

A MESSAGE FROM THE VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS:

As the COVID-19 situation continues to develop, the Stay-At-Home order in Ohio has been extended until May 1, 2020. We at The Records Company, Inc., are updating our policies, handling the changes with innovation, and meeting the challenges head-on as we continue to work from remote locations with minimal office operations.

We are working successfully in our new remote model and managing your requests with the same service you have come to rely on. We continue to work for our legal and insurance clients as well as the medical practitioners that use our company for ROI. We will continue to keep all of you informed if any of the COVID-19 regulations impact our business, but as for the foreseeable future, we are here, we are working, and we are moving forward.

If there is anything we can do to assist you in this time of uncertainty, do not hesitate to ask. We all play a part in not only flattening the curve but also making sure we succeed on the other side!

We are all here for you and appreciate your continued business during these uncertain times.

Stay healthy!
Laura Elam
Vice President of Operations

UPDATE 3/17/2020

A MESSAGE FROM THE RECORDS COMPANY’S PRESIDENT:

As people and businesses nationwide are feeling the impact of COVID-19, I wanted to personally reach out to let you know that The Records Company stands ready to support you, your staff, and your business during this challenging time. Our two main priorities are the health of our staff and maintaining normal business operations during this crisis.

Our plan is two-fold:

Remote Working Environment

The TRC team has begun working remotely starting March 16th. We ask for your patience as we work through the challenges associated with separating our teams into remote locations.

To aid in this process, we are requesting all clients refrain from check payments so that the staff will not be processing additional paper. This simple change can positively affect the outcome of this current crisis as it will reduce the possible transfer of the virus as well as the strain on the USPS. We are encouraging credit card payments at this time so that we may continue processing payments in a timely fashion. Please log in to your account and securely enter your Credit Card information in the settings menu. You can decide when and what we charge on your card and we can all skip the trip to the post office/bank.

Maintain Service Levels

Our remote team is working hard to handle the new responsibilities of remote access. They are working diligently to speak with providers, which has become increasingly difficult with small businesses closing due to the national or state guidelines and larger medical centers becoming overrun with requests. We promise to keep you, our clients, informed of any new developments as we learn and adapt to this new system.

We are monitoring the situation and following all guidelines from the CDC and local, state, and federal governments. We will keep you updated on any new developments that could impact our plans.

In the meantime, we wish you good health.

Sincerely,

Grady Marin
President

Our clients are the most valued part of The Records Company, and we appreciate the trust you place in us to retrieve the important documents you need to run your business.

In the current global climate, it’s important for all of us to be calm and conscientious. That’s why we want to update you on the situation regarding COVID-19 (the coronavirus) and the steps we are taking to ensure the health and safety of our staff and the security of your documents.

The Records Company is prepared for the situation we are now facing. We are following the state and local health authorities to ensure that our policies and procedures meet or exceed their guidelines.

We have implemented support procedures to ensure that our clients’ needs are met without disruption, including remote processing and virtual customer service. Our secure online portal is available 24/7, and our technology structure allows our team to transition our operations to remote staffing with the same security and integrity you always depend on us to provide. Our operations will not be disrupted by this.

We continue to refine and improve our ability to serve our clients. Our leadership team continues to evaluate the situation as it evolves, and we will adapt to any new guidance while still providing superior service, whether we are online or physically present in our offices.

Thank you for your continued trust in The Records Company.

Please help support your communities and stay safe. Follow the CDC Guidelines and stay informed as this situation continues to change over the coming days and weeks.
