In 2017, we all know how integral social media is for building our reputation and marketing our services—whatever our services may be—in an increasingly competitive marketplace. While we think about our social media feeds as a means of reaching current and potential customers and clients, we might think less about the potential social media has for strengthening and showcasing the core values of company culture. Even as we use social media to draw in customers and clients, our presence on Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms can also appeal to our employees and build connections within our organizations.
